HCHC has opened its door in October 12, 2004 and the following services have been provided:
 Job Training and Job Placement.
 Immigration Services.
 Translation of Documents from French to English and Spanish, vice versa.
 Recreational Services, Art and Craft, and other types of Entertainment.
 After School Program, English as Second Language Courses and GED.
 Children and Adults Daycare Center.
 MH/MR., Therapeutic Support Services, Outpatient and a Drug and alcohol Program.
Step by Step Program SSP. (Which is to help young foreigners in transition
